Terms & Conditions


  1. Equipment, Rent & Terms of Agreement: The undersigned, (as Lessee), hires JCA Jumpers, (as Lessor), JCA Jumpers unit, any Additional Equipment listed.   Rental fee, as stated, is payable in advance from the time of commencement, start time to end time.

     

  2. Delivery: To street address specified by the Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor the right to enter the property at the said street (Delivery Address) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the JCA Jumpers unit and/or any equipment at specified time.  Times are approximate. Driver may Deliver or pick up late.

  3. General Safety Rules:

    1. Children’s safety depends upon you! Your personal supervision is absolutely required.  As the Lessee of the JCA Jumpers unit and/or equipment, the safety of all Riders/Guests is your responsibility!

       

    2. Only compatible age groups and size shall play in the JCA Jumpers units at the same time.  The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the JCA Jumpers unit are; 8 children 8 years & under, 5-6 children 9-12 years, and 3-4 older teens, (up to 17 years old).  Absolutely no one 18 years or older allowed!

    3. All riders must remove shoes before entering the JCA Jumpers unit.

    4. To avoid back and neck injuries, No Flips or Roughhousing Allowed!

    5. Absolutely no toys, sharp objects, “Silly String”, gum, candy, food, drink or other sticky substances are allowed in the JCA Jumpers unit.  If upon pick-up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.

  4. If the equipment is left in the address specified above for more than 6 hours, the lesser (customer) will be totally responsible for any lost or damage equipment.

  5. If the jumper is damage by or do to fireworks, there will be a feed apply to it depending of how bad is the damage.

               

  6. Deposits for the taco bar are not refundable, but can be apply as credit for a future order
